Description : ONE (1) LOT IMPROVEMENT OF SEED COLD STORAGE ROOM #3 AT BDD AREA COLD STORAGE (KOPIA) - PHILRICE CES PB INFRA 25-01-02

1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute-Central Experiment Station, through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,500,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB Infra 25-01-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute-Central Experiment Station now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for ninety calendar days (90 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
