The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP661,600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply and Delivery of One (1) Lot Hardware Supplies (Marine Paints)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected to bid opening.
Pursuant to the Implementing Guidelines for Negotiated Procurement under Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”, the MGB adopts Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings as the Mode of Procurement for the aforementioned item.
