1. The Mines and Geosciences Bureau, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for supply and delivery of One (1) Lot General Merchandise (Safety Shoes) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
