Description : 1. The Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) through the General Appropriations Act of 2022 (GAA 2022) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (₱3,000,000.00), being the ABC, to payments under the contract for the procurement of One (1) Lot Cyber Security Stack Solution for the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) (P.R. No. 22-0054). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The GCG now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery, configuration, and deployment of the proposed cyber security solution must be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The bidder must have completed a similar contract for the supply and implementation of cyber security stack solution for the past three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. Also, the bidder shall be subjected to evaluation by the end-user after the implementation of the project.
