  Description : 1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute Central Experiment Station (DA-PhilRice), through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen and 68/100 Pesos Only (₱8,416,213.68) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Construction of Multi-Purpose Machinery Shed at PhilRice Zamboanga with project identification number PB Infra 25-02-08A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DA-PhilRice CES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Eighty calendar days (180 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
  
  3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
