The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute Central Experiment Station (DA- PhilRice), through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of the following being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Construction of Machinery Shed and Multi-Purpose Processing Shed With 4 Ton Capacity Flatbed Dryer at Philrice Samar with project identification number PB Infra 25-03-11.
