  ONE (1) LOT CONSTRUCTION OF LARGE-SCALE MACHINERY SHED AT PHILRICE NEGROS PB INFRA 25-02-07
  
  1. The DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute Central Experiment Station (DA-PhilRice), through the 2025 Corporate Fund Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Eight Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen and 54/100 Pesos Only (₱24,897,813.54) being the ABC to payments under the contract for One (1) Lot Construction of Large-Scale Machinery Shed at PhilRice Negros with project identification number PB Infra 25-02-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The DA-PhilRice CES now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is Three Hundred calendar days (300 CD). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
