1. The Municipality of Pototan, through the MDRRMO Funds (Special Trust Fund) intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Pesos (Php4,117,580.00)being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB2025-CW-014. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
