1. The Municipality of Pototan, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB2025-Goods-040. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
