Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR: ONE (1) CONTRACT FOR THE UPGRADING OF 25KVA TO 50KVA 3 PHASE POWER DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER OF GUIMARAS STATE UNIVERSITY-SALVADOR CAMPUS

1. The Guimaras State University, through the Local Income (Fund 164) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Forty Six Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Eight Pesos (Php 1,346,858.00) only, Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Contract for the Upgrading of 25KVA to 50KVA 3 Phase Power Distribution Transformer of Guimaras State University-Salvador Campus with Solicitation No. 25-07-0100. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Guimaras State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of approved Notice to Proceed (NTP).
