Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php980,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the On-Call Vehicle Rental/Transportation Services for SC37 Project “Project”. The project is located in Santiago City, Isabela, with a duration of one (1) year, and the specific dates shall be indicated in the Notice to Proceed.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.

Proposals including conformed Scope of Work (SOW) may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before April 8, 2025, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
Bidders are also required to submit a photocopy of the following documents not later than seven (7) calendar days after bid submission date.
