PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Eighty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 89,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment to be used by the Office of the City Treasury. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) Year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
