Office Upgrade of Various Offices

1. The Philippine National Railways, through the General Appropriations Acts (GAA) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 16/100 (₱4,363,574.16) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Repair/Maintenance of Naga Station. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine National Railways now invites bids for Office Upgrade of Various Offices. Completion of the Works is required within Eighty (80) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
