Pre-bidding conference will be on August 12, 2025, 3:00p.m. at the Executive Conference Hall, Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur.
Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Executive Building, Carrascal, Surigao del Sur on or before August 19, 2025, 10:30 am, and thereafter the opening of sealed bids will be conducted on the aforesaid place, date and time.
