1) The Cotabato Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the National Expenditure
Program intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Six Million, Six Hundred Seventeen
Thousand, Three Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 90/100. (PhP26,617,376.90)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
Procurement of Various Goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
