  Description : The Sangguniang Kabataan of Pinagbuhatan, through the SK Funds CY 2026, intends to
  apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Twenty Thousand Sixty and 39/100 pesos
  (P1,520,060.39) only, being the ABC to pay for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY
  OF THE OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT OF THE SANGGUNIANG
  KABATAAN OF PINAGBUHATAN, PASIG CITY with Purchase Request No.
  2026-02-0003 to be charged through the SK-s General Fund-MOOE. Bids received over the ABC
  shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  The Sangguniang Kabataan of Pinagbuhatan now invites bids for the above Procurement
  Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should
  have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a
  contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
  Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
