Name of Project: Supply and Delivery of OFFICE SUPPLIES Materials for the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tanza 2, Navotas City

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of Barangay Tanza 2, Navotas City, through the 2025 SK Annual Budget 2025, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 49,040.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of OFFICE SUPPLIES Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2024 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act)
