Project No: 2025-004

The Brgy. Council Sumaray, San Remigio, through the BDRRM Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only. (Php51, 400.00) Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the Contract for Procurement/Delivery of Various Office Equipment Supplies received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically at the Bid Opening.

The Brgy. Council Sumaray now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement/Delivery of Various Office Equipment Supplies of the GOODS is required. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents ITB.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of the Republic Act 9184 (R.A 9184) otherwise known as the Government Reform Act, and as restricted to organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines...
