Description : 1. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) IX, through the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Seven Pesos (158,747.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Office Equipment, Supplies and Consumables . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is on October 15,2025.

3. Bidding will be conducted through small value procurement procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 12009 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.

a. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
