Description : The Naga City School of Arts and Trades through the 2018 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand pesos only (P 185,000.00) payments under the procurement of Office equipment at new JHS Faculty office, Accounting Office, Supply Office and Principals Office. Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

The Naga City School of Arts and Trades, Naga City, now invites quotation proposals for the Procurement of Office equipment at new JHS Faculty office, Accounting Office, Supply Office and Principals Office. Delivery of the goods is required within 5 days after the award of contract which is subject to inspection and approval of the Inspection Committee.

Submission of quotation proposal is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. Quotation cost should include free delivery of items.
