Description : The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - Calubian National Vocational School (CNVS), through the Supply Unit/FASD , will undertake Small Value Procurement for the "Office Equipment for compliance in Assessment Cnter Application in FBS NC III" in accordance to the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA9184.

Please submit your quotations/proposals duly signed by you or your authorized representative not later than 5:00PM of_______________ for the items described at Annex A subject to the Terms and Conditions attached to this Request for Quotation (RFQ).
