Description : Office Enhancement and Advancement Program: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Unit at Barangay Clinic
1. The Barangay Urdaneta Council, through the Annual Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Office Enhancement and Advancement Program: Supply, Delivery and Installation of Air-Conditioning Unit at Barangay Clinic (PR No. 2025-11-115). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Urdaneta Council now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by within Thirty (30) days from effectivity date of the contract/PO indicated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
