DESIGN-AND-BUILD OF THREE-STOREY TRAINING CENTER FOR THE OCD RO II

1) The Office of Civil Defense Regional Office 02, through the Continuing Capital Outlay - GAS CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Pesos (Php. 30,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for OCDR2-CCO-GAS-2024-10-001: Design and Build of Three-Storey Training Center fro the OCD RO II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Office of Civil Defense Regional Office 02 now invites bids for Design and Build of Three-Storey Training Center for OCD R02. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Seventy (270) Calendar days. Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract (at least Medium A in General Building License Category B) and should have completed, within Five Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
