Description : RATIONALE:

By Virtue of an Approved ordinance of the Municipality of Lugait, Misamis Oriental an Ordinance emphasizing the observance of the Municipal's Annual CUlture and Arts and Tourirsm Month from December to March on succedding year respectively.Meetings, forums and planning have been conducted to crop up holistic activies which cover the whole duration of the month-long celebration. One of the highlight during the Founding Day Annirsary is a culmination activity with a Luga-Hait Dance Festival, and the most awaited Celebrity Show on the night of 16TH of the March this year.

Further, talents fee for invited performers, including national and local artists as well as the rental services for the sound system, lights, backlines, stage roofing, generator set and effects are necessary on making these events lively and enertaining.
