1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through the Source of Fund: SP Res. # 719-2021, AO #21, series of 2021 20% DF CY 2021, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 4,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract To hire contractor to provide materials, labor and equipment for the "Concreting of Casalaan Barangay Road (Representing Unexpected Allocation for Various Socio-Economic Development Projects for the Municipality of Siaton, Negros Oriental - SP Res. # 1153-2020, AO #41 series of 2020, 20% DF, CY 2021)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
