FOR THE NUEVA VIZCAYA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL (NVPH)

1. The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the (1-07-99-990) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱350,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Appliances for the Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Hospital (NVPH). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
