1. The Cotabato Sanitarium & General Hospital through the Hospital Income and General Appropriation Act 2025 intends to apply the sum
stated below being the ABC to payments under the contract for each Infrastructure Project and Goods. Bids received in excess of the
ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
