Description : Duties and responsibilities of Nurse Consultant for Gintong Kalinga:
1. REACH: map, find or connect with members of MSM, TGW, or YKP communities, especially the “hard to reach” groups or those engaging in “high risk” behaviors, and motivate them to take the HIV test;
2. SCREEN&TEST: Conduct outreach or CBS, and follow up closely with clients who did not return for their confirmatory test;
3. ENROLL: Link “Reactive” clients to confirmatory test and ART. Accompany clients to clinic and hospital sites where services needed by clients in delivery/ available;
4. Conduct HIV awareness in the community, school, jail, and other private settings.
5. Assist in various demand generation drives related to HIV;
6. Submit a monthly accomplishment report.
