Description : Project Flow
1. Pre-Production - a. Final Script (c/o DOST-FNRi Team), b. Storyboarding, c. Character (max of 8) and Props Design (max of 20). d. Voice over. and a. Background design.
2. Production - a. Scene building/ composition, b. Animation. and c. Interpreter (for deaf-mute)
3. Post Production - a. Pre-testing (c/o DOST- FNRi Team). b. Up to three (3) times revisions, c. Thumbnails. and d. Direction and Project Management.
Additional Requirements·
1 The bidder shaft submit Mayor's/Business Permit or the BIR Certificate of Registration, Curriculum Vitae, and PhilGEPS Registration Number.
2. The bidder shaU submit a sample portfolio of their outputs related to the service required.
3. The bidder must submit proof of payment/OR for payment.
4. Payment shall be 25% after sending the approved Storyboard proposal, 25% upon sending the first draft and 50% upon completion of the project.
