The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX commitment to Encourage Local Economic Development, hereby invites interested bidders to participate through Negotiated Procurement- Community Participation for the PROCUREMENT OF FOOD ITEMS FOR DSWD FOIX SFP 15TH CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION IN TITAY, ZSP, in accordance with Section 53.12 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX, through the NGA, the General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED PESOS Only (₱3,345,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF FOOD ITEMS FOR DSWD FOIX SFP 15TH CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION IN TITAY, ZSP.
