  The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX invites interested bidders to participate through Negotiated Procurement- Community Participation for the PROCUREMENT OF FOOD ITEMS FOR DSWD FOIX SFP 15TH CYCLE IMPLEMENTATION IN SIAY, ZSP, in accordance with Section 53.12 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
