Description : The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office IX, in line with its commitment to foster Local Economic Development, hereby invites interested bidders to participate in the procurement process through Negotiated Procurement - Community Participation for the supply of goods and food items. This procurement covers the 180-day Supplementary Feeding Program under the BangUn Implementation for Calendar Year 2026 in the Municipality of Panglima Sugala, Tawi-Tawi.
