Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office IX, through the Registry System for the Basic Sectors in Agriculture 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
THIRTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 64/100 (1,386,138.64) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of 4 units Storage Container vans at DA-RFO IX, Lenienza, Pagadian City of with Project Identification number ITB 2025-145. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 50 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
