Description : NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CAMANGA SOLAR POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEM
1. The Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office IX, through the HIGH VALUE CROPS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS AND 12/100 (1,881,188.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Solar Powered Irrigation System at Brgy. Camanga, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur of with Project Identification number NP2FB 2025-137. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
