NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) CUBIC METER RESERVOIR TANK WITH ELEVATED STAND
1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX, through the National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱1,375,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Cubic Meter Reservoir Tank with Elevated Stand with Identification number NP2FB 2025-133. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office IX now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days.
