1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Bohol Island State University - Main Campus through its University Bids and Awards Committee (UBAC), invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, financially and legally capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Laboratory Equipment and Supplies for the MICE Facility of CBM-THM Training Center, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
