1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Bohol Island State University - Main Campus through its University Bids and Awards Committee (UBAC), invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, financially and legally capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Electric Motor Control Trainer with PLC and Software for CTECH, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
2. The BISU - Main Campus through the General Appropriations Act 2025, applied the sum of One Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 1,100,000.00) for the aforesaid procurement consisting one (1) lot.
