1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Bohol Island State University - Main Campus through its University Bids and Awards Committee (UBAC), invites PhilGEPS registered, technically, financially and legally capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Enhancement of the Administration Building - President-s Office in BISU-Dauis Extension, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.
