Notice is hereby given that the Bureau of Internal Revenue, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), shall conduct a Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings in accordance to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 for the:
