Description : NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
UNDER TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS MEDICAL SUPPLIES

1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, intends to procure Various Medical Supplies with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Ten Million Five Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php10,558,400.00).

2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.

3) The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 35.1 of RA 12009, New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).

4) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center will hold a Virtual Negotiation Meeting on
7 November 2025, 9:00am which shall be opened to prospective bidders. Authorized representative/s shall be allowed to attend. Link will be sent thru email upon submission at bac.on.goods@armmc.doh.gov.ph of a letter of intent to join the video conference not later than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time.
