PROCUREMENT OF BOARD AND LODGING FOR THE CONDUCT OF SLP 2025 ALUNSINA: “KABUHAYAN CONVENTION AND BAZAAR” AND “GAWAD SULONG” ON SEPTEMBER 14-20, 2025 WITHIN ILOILO CITY
— NP-2FB-2025-01 —
1. In view of the two-failed biddings, The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office VI, through the Centrally Managed Fund intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (₱3,847,800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Board and Lodging for the conduct of SLP 2025 ALUNSINA: “Kabuhayan Convention and Bazaar” and “Gawad Sulong” on September 14-20, 2025 within Iloilo City under Reference No. NP-2FB-2025-01. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
