In view of two (2) failed biddings, the Department of Health-Center for Health Development- Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders/ suppliers in the negotiation for the UPGRADING/ REPAIR OF BUCLOC RHU, ABRA in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

The DOH-CHD-CAR through the authorized appropriations under the General Appropriations Act intends to negotiate the total sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 1,960,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Supply and Delivery of Lubricating Jelly. The project duration is 120 Calendar Days.
