In view of two (2) failed biddings, the Department of Health-Center for Health Development- Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders/ suppliers in the negotiation for the Supply and Delivery of Various Medical and Laboratory Supplies (NP-2FB 2025-001) in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

The DOH-CHD-CAR through the authorized appropriations under the General Appropriations Act intends to negotiate the total sum of One Million Three Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos & 84/100 (P 1,381,263.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines.
