1. The Ospital ng Palawan, through the Drugs and Medicines Revolving Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos & 20/100 Only (P 3,260,455.20) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medicines through Two-Failed Biddings under Negotiated Procurement with reference number NP-2FB-2025-001 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
