Procurement of Drugs and Medicines for the Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro, Sr., Medical Center
1. The Mayor Hilarion A. Ramiro, Sr., Medical Center intends to procure Drugs and Medicines with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Thirty-two Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 70/100 (Php 32,180,232.70).
2. The MHARSMC Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 35 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
The successful offer shall be the best and final offer submitted by the set deadline to the BAC, and that meets the minimum technical specifications required.
