SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TECHNICAL/SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT
(NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO FAILED BIDDINGS)

1. The Southern Leyte State University - Tomas Oppus Campus through the Government of the Philippines under its Regular Agency Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand (₱284,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Technical/Scientific Equipment (Negotiated Procurement Due to Two Failed Biddings). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Southern Leyte State University - Tomas Oppus Campus through its Bids & Awards Committee (BAC), now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the abovementioned project.
