PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
Under Hospital Bids and Awards Committee (HBAC) Resolution No. 2025-0632 dated August 1 2025, the HBAC found the need for Negotiated Procurement after the Two Failed Public Biddings held on March 25, 2025 and July 1, 2025 for the procurement project: PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES thus, HBAC intends to negotiate the same contract to a technically, legally and financially capable supplier, contractor or consultant.
In view of the foregoing, HBAC invites bids to participate in the negotiation of the aforementioned project procurement in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A.)
