Description : 1. The National Book Development Board (NBDB), is conducting a Negotiated Procurement under Two Failed Biddings with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Million Pesos (PhP 4,000,000.00) for the contract of ENGAGEMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PHILIPPINE SUPPLY BOOK CHAIN ANALYSIS (NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT UNDER TWO FAILED BIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The NBDB now calls for the participation of interested bidders to join the negotiation for a supply chain analysis of the book publishing industry and recommendations for the Philippine National Book Policy (NBP). The Philippine Book Supply Chain Analysis is a research product that aims to identify the gaps in the Philippine Book Supply Chain-from authors to publishers, publishers to printers and distributors, and distributors to institutional and individual end-users.
