1. The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through HOSPITAL INCOME 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS ONLY (PhP2,790,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, APPLICATIONS TRAINING AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT under PR#2022-06-0837 consisting of two (2) lots, to wit:
