Description : In view of the Two Failed Biddings, the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB) Philippines, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered Consultants to participate in the Negotiation Conference for the Services of a Tour Operator for the Conduct of Philippine Motorcycle Tourism (PMT): Regional Forum and Moto Camp with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Pesos Only (PhP2,000,000.00).

The Negotiation Conference is in accordance with Section 53.1, Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, following the procedure as prescribed in Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
